WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal are accepted. Only one card may be applied per order. Your card will be charged at the time your order is placed. All pricing is listed in USD. Please note that orders will not be shipped until payment has been received.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

HOW DO I USE A PROMO CODE

Promo codes may be entered during the COUPON CODE step in the checkout process. Simply type or paste your code in the box provided, and then click CONTINUE. Only one promo code may be applied per order. Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Retail orders from the online store are generally shipped within in 1-3 business days with the exception of personalized items which will typically take 5-8 business days after digital proof is approved. Orders will be shipped via USPS First Class mail unless alternative shipping is selected. You will receive a tracking number once your order leaves the studio. Occasionally, items may be sold out or backordered. In this case, I will contact you and give you a future ship date or refund.

HOW DO YOU HANDLE REFUNDS & EXCHANGES?

It is extremely important to me that you are in love with your purchase! If you are not satisfied with the product, I'd be happy to give you a full refund or exchange for any unopened/unused merchandise within 3 days of receiving your order. Custom orders are nonrefundable, but I will do what I can to make it right!
